HR-Meter's
Assessment Center is designed specifically for the purpose of
assessing the various competencies of job candidates based
upon our Assessment Center Competency Modules.
Each of these "building blocks"
(Modules) can be thought of as the various components that
make up an employee. Green Modules correspond to important
Experiences and Cognitive Skills in every candidate. Yellow
Modules correspond to important Work Patterns that are common
in nearly every work place. Blue Modules correspond to
particular Work Place Personalities that play an important
role in an individual's interaction with other employees as
well as with customers. Finally, the White Modules correspond
to the Specific Skill Sets which are absolutely necessary for
any particular position.
All Modules are a confluence of
competencies.
HR-Meter's Assessment Center assesses
each of these "building blocks" (Modules) by looking carefully
at the 14 different independent competencies that build upon
one another to form Modules.
