Competency Modules

Mod-ule (-noun) [mŏj'ōōl]

1. A separable component, frequently one that is interchangeable with others, for assembly into units of differing size, complexity, or function.

2. A standard or unit for measuring.

3. One of the inherent cognitive or perceptual powers of the mind. [syn: faculty]

4. One of many building blocks for the construction of HR-Meter's 360 Degree Feedback Tools

Each HR-Meter 360 Feedback Tool can be employed for the express purpose of assessing nine important aspects of employees.

Each of these "building blocks" (Modules) can be thought of as the various components that make up an employee. Green Modules correspond to important Workplace Personality aspects on the job. Yellow Modules correspond to important Tasks in the work place. Blue Modules correspond to various Competencies that play a very important role on the job.

HR-Meter's 360 Degree Feedback tools assess each of these "building blocks" (Modules) using a standard unit for measure, benchmarking, and customized best practice surveying methods.

To find out more, contact HR-Meter at (312)324-0062 or click the Modules that you are interested in.

*Strict 360 degree surveys  to determine "Personality Competencies" are quite common. However, given that such "Personality Competencies" assessments are founded upon the opinions of individuals with whom a particular employee interacts at work, their overall validity, in as far as they claim to provide a comprehensive portrait of a particular employee's "Personality", is questionable. Allow us to explain how HR-Meter does it differently!
