tools that carry a Full Development Option. When
a tool has a Full Development Option, you have
the choice to have that tool created completely
from scratch. In other words,
the Full
Development Option is a "100% total customization
option" that allows the tool to be created
completely to your specifications.
The
benefit of fully developing your own tool is
that no one knows your business and your
business' needs like you do.
If you choose to take
advantage of a Full Development Option, you will
sit down with HR-Meter and work out the details
of how you would like your tool to run.
