§         Led global integration communications for BASF’s $5.6 billion acquisition of Engelhard Corporation; advised senior executives on integration challenges, organization changes and employee engagement; provided guidance and project management for the integration of the Communications function; assisted HR with the communication of changes to HR programs and policies; facilitated open dialogue sessions with leaders and employees to gather feedback.

§         Conducted an internal communications audit for a division of Johnson & Johnson

§         Supported transition of $7 billion Abbott International into two separate divisions; developed strategy and detailed work plan for transition team to communicate growth strategy, desired culture in alignment with core values, organizational changes, guidance on business process changes, relocation of division headquarters and launch of new division

§         Designed and conducted post-merger organization assessment for law firm Seyfarth Shaw; recommended plan to communicate and implement growth strategy

§         Completed a team effectiveness assessment at Navistar and provided recommendations to improve communications and productivity

§         Advised United Airlines on organizational change issues during bankruptcy

§         Managed global transformation effort at CEMEX including: 1) global organization assessment and culture change program design to improve business literacy, customer service, employee recognition and strategic communications; 2) change leadership program for top executives; 3) communication and education to launch HR call center and e-learning program; and 4) global implementation and communication strategy for balanced scorecard deployment.

§         Designed and conducted employee opinion research at ABN AMRO North America to identify ways to improve integration of new acquisitions, increase cross-selling, and build brand equity for parent company. Led multi-year engagement to implement recommendations based on research. Conducted follow-up research to determine progress versus initial baseline.

§          For the merger of PriceWaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, provided merger communications from IT to 150,000 employees globally; led IT merger integration program including leadership team alignment, communications, competency development and HR program integration.
