Executive Coaching
In 2004 the Harvard Business Review, reported
that executive coaching is a $1 billion industry.
In certain countries as many as 88% of companies use coaching.
Today,
it seems that it's not slowing down any
time soon.
Given that coaching is not training, it can't
be said that somebody necessarily needs a coaching; but each
manager knows that there is room for improvement since we all
have blind spots that need to be looked at. Understanding
yourself and the effects you have on other people may give you
opportunities for growth and development.
At the core, what an executive coach does is
simple: ask questions, and
lots of them - potentially with the
help of a tool that adds objective comparison data - the type
of questions should drive a process of self discovery and
awareness of yourself as an executive and as a human being.
The case for
executive coaching is that it works! Understanding why it works and learning how to use it, is
helping executives do their jobs more effectively and it's saving companies a ton of money.

Please call us or email us to set up a first
appointment to meet in our Web Lounge. This means no travel
costs, but is still a very personal encounter with one of our
